Nobody's Listening. The Impact of Floating Support on Older People Living in Sheltered Housing

Help the Aged commissioned the Housing & Support Partnership to ascertain more clearly how support in sheltered housing is changing across England, to help formulate the organisation's response and to ensure that the views of older people are considered in the wider debate.

The move to floating support models for older people is seen by some providers and some local authority commissioners as a more effective and better use of limited resources, although there are differences of opinion on this which are explored in greater detail in the main report.
