In 2010 there were 619,000 millionaires in the UK, and 85,000 had more than £5m. The number of UK millionaires is set to grow by a third by 2020, according to Ledbury’s forecasts – meaning there will then be 826,000 millionaires in the UK.

Many HNWI's invest in property portfolios. Investing in property for people with learning disabilities has similar advantages to other forms of property investment but people with learning disabilities have additional advantages as potential tenants:
